There is an urban legend that a customer asked for the recipe for these cookies and was told she could have it for “Two-Fifty”. When she was charged $250 she got her revenge by sharing it with everyone. While this story is not true and there are several other versions with different store names, the cookies are still very good.

- 4 Sticks Butter
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 2 Cups Brown Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 5 Cups Blended Oatmeal Measure then process in blender to a fine powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 24 oz Chocolate Chips
- 8 oz Hershey Bar Grated
- 3 Cups Nuts Coarsely Chopped

- Cream Butter and both Sugars
- Add Eggs and Vanilla
- Mix Flour, Oatmeal, Salt, Baking Powder, Baking Soda
- Add Chocolate and Nuts
- Scoop out onto parchment lined baking sheet
- Bake at 375° for 10 Minutes
